At 55 and 271 I decided it is time as well, and my two are much older than your so throw down the challenge to them as well. We have until the coming thanks giving turkey trot to get it together, the winner will no doubt winner the race. But is addition the losers have to pay the weight lose winner the amount lose in cash at the dinner table, Talk about motivation my boys do not like to lose; not sure where they developed that habit. :-) The way I figure win or lose I still win and so do my boys.
