Update: I just realized that I totally forgot to post my own goals for the weekend
- Get out for at least one bike ride. Even though I’m still nursing my bum ankle and can’t do any running, that doesn’t mean I still can’t get out and exercise! I haven’t gotten my bike out yet this year, and this seems like a great weekend for it.
- Keep my daily calorie intake under 1800. This is usually not a problem during the week, but it usually creeps up a bit on the weekends.
- No sweets! I’ll often treat myself to a small piece or two of chocolate after dinner. At least for this weekend, I’m going to avoid that little indulgence, as it occasionally leads to a mini-binge.
