1. exercise at least 45 minutes, 2x this weekend
2. cook one healthy meal this weekend
3. eat a healthy breakfast Sat &amp; Sun (I’m usually terrible about b-fast on the weekends).</description>

   3. Drink a gallon of water each day.</description>
