Weekly Weigh-in #2

January 15, 2010

in Weigh-in

The second week of my new healthy lifestyle has gone really well. My eating stayed mostly under control, I managed to exercise 5 of the 7 days, and I started the 100 push ups training program.

So how did my numbers look this week? Let’s take a look:

  • Weight: 269.0 lbs
  • BMI: 34.53
  • Pounds lost this week: 4.2
  • Pounds lost so far: 11.0
  • Pounds to goal #1 of “overweight” BMI: 36.0
  • Pounds to goal #2 of “normal” BMI: 75.0

My weight loss slowed down a bit this week, but I pretty much expected that. I knew I would lose a lot of excess water weight that first week, and that things would begin to slow down after that. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum into next week.

How did everyone else do this week?

Great job!

I was successful with my clean eating this week and proud that I stuck too it. I had a loss of 1.5 lbs for the week. Always slow but as long as it stays away! :)

My weigh in on Tuesday left alot of be desired, I think I can make up for it next week though. You are doing an AWESOME job, btw. I don’t think losing momentum is something you’ll need to worry about.

Congrats on Week 2! Usually week 2 is the week you don’t lose but you did! Hopefully the trend will continue! :D

Well done. 4 pounds is still huuuuge.

My weighin day is Monday and I’m cautiously optimistic!

Awesome trend, Brandon!! I’m so happy for you and hope you continue on this path to better health!

My weigh in will be on Monday and I’m really expecting a good number this week…I’ve been working pretty hard for it.

Congrats!
